Project Overview The Patchi retail store project at Dubai Festival City Mall involved the complete fit-out and MEP works for a high-end, luxury shopping space. Covering an area of 220 square meters, the store was designed to reflect the brand’s elegant identity while providing a premium shopping experience. The design emphasizes refined aesthetics, blending contemporary retail elements with functional layouts that enhance customer engagement.
