Residential Villa – Meadows

Project Overview

Located in the serene community of Meadows 2, Dubai, this 710 sq.m residential villa underwent a complete renovation to transform an aging structure into a contemporary, high-functioning home. The project focused on redefining spatial flow, enhancing natural light, and introducing premium finishes that align with modern family living in Dubai’s upscale neighborhoods.

The renovation aimed to balance luxury and comfort, integrating both aesthetic refinement and practical functionality throughout the interiors and exterior spaces.

Design Concept

The design approach combined modern minimalism with warm, natural textures, creating a timeless aesthetic.
Key design highlights include:

• Open-plan living areas that connect seamlessly to outdoor landscaping and the pool deck.

• Neutral and earthy palette accented with stone, wood, and metal finishes for a balanced, inviting atmosphere.

• Custom joinery and lighting details designed to enhance spatial harmony and highlight architectural features.

• Functional zoning, ensuring privacy for bedrooms and fluidity in shared family spaces.

• Sustainable materials and energy-efficient lighting integrated to align with eco-conscious living standards.

Execution & Delivery

The execution phase was led by a multidisciplinary team ensuring precision from demolition to final finishing.
Scope of work included:

• Complete structural modifications to open up interiors and improve circulation.

• Full MEP upgrade, including smart home integration and enhanced cooling efficiency.

• High-end finishing and joinery works, with custom cabinetry, kitchen design, and wardrobes.

• Exterior landscaping and façade enhancement, blending the villa into its natural surroundings.

• Turnkey handover, with full supervision of quality control, timeline management, and client coordination.
